Evid\u00eancias indicam que a m\u00e1 qualidade do sono est\u00e1 associada a transtornos psiqui\u00e1tricos e menor desempenho profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante disso, este estudo tem como objetivo revisar os impactos da priva\u00e7\u00e3o do sono na sa\u00fade mental, abordando seus mecanismos, manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es cl\u00ednicas e estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o. Foram utilizados como motores de busca os indexadores Scielo e Pubmed para sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos, atrav\u00e9s dos unitermos \u201cPriva\u00e7\u00e3o do Sono; Medicina do Sono; Sa\u00fade Mental\u2019\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conclui-se que a priva\u00e7\u00e3o do sono tem implica\u00e7\u00f5es profundas na sa\u00fade mental, afetando a regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional, o desempenho cognitivo e a estabilidade neurobiol\u00f3gica. Seus efeitos v\u00e3o al\u00e9m do indiv\u00edduo, impactando a produtividade, a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e a qualidade de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante disso, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas preventivas, como a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis de sono e interven\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas, \u00e9 essencial.
